While we are proud to say that our products are the gold standard, naturally, service issues can still arise, which may lead to your surgical microscope needing to be repaired by a service expert.

If you have an issue with your microscope and don’t have an existing service contract, our service engineers can come and undertake a one-off callout to give your device a full inspection and endeavour to fix the issue on-site, resulting in minimal downtime.

When you purchase a Haag-Streit surgical microscope, you are given the opportunity to add-on a Support Package and benefit from fully transparent annual service costs. We offer three standard service contracts: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Some contracts include an annual service visit where a Field Service Engineer will come to your premises and undertake a full service of the equipment covered by your contract. These contracts also include a pre-defined number of repair, service, or support visits to ensure your microscope is always in full working order.

A Health Check visit will uncover any potential problems with your microscope. It can reduce the risk of future equipment failure and downtime, and costly repairs. In addition, it also ensures that the surgical microscope performs in accordance with required Haag-Streit manufacturer standards and specifications.
