Global innovator in IOL power prediction

Through collaboration with leading surgeons

Since 2008, Haag-Streit has collaborated with renowned surgeons worldwide to enhance the outcomes of IOL power calculations in various scenarios, such as standard cases, toric lenses, and post-refractive situations. This extensive expertise has been integrated into EyeSuite IOL—Haag-Streit's software suite for IOL power calculations— and is continuously enhanced to incorporate the most up-to-date formulae available.

Leading technology

Staying at the forefront of biometry devices

Since 2008, Haag-Streit has been a pioneer in optical biometry devices, with the introduction of Lenstar 900 being one of the first. This technology revolutionized axial biometry measurements, providing faster and more precise results for eye care professionals. We continuously integrate state-of-the-art technologies like swept-source OCT in new products, like the Eyestar 900. In 2022, we further enhanced our products with the addition of the Anterior Chamber Suite.

Clinically validated

Excellent outcomes in any patient

Since its introduction in 2008, the prediction accuracy and excellent outcomes of the Lenstar 900 have been proven in more than 150* studies. With thousands of devices sold, millions of patients have enjoyed excellent outcomes when Lenstar 900 was part of their cataract planning process.
