Haag-Streit is pleased to introduce you to its recommended Maintenance Packages for microscopes.

We have designed Maintenance Packages for each member of the Haag-Streit surgical microscope family: the Hi-R NEO 900/900A, Hi-R 700, and Hi-R 1000 models.

Each Package includes a comprehensive series of checks to guarantee your microscope’s performance and safety. In addition, you will also be covered for a relevant set of replacement parts. For peace of mind, our Packages are provided by Haag-Streit engineers, who are fully trained and accredited to provide the highest level of service.

Together with our portfolio of Service Packages, including our Extended Warranty offering, Health Check, and Upgrade Kits - you have all you need to increase the lifetime of your microscope and extend your return on investment.

Microscope maintenance: At-a-glance

What is included as standard?
All Packages include a comprehensive check of the microscope’s drive system and toothed belts to ensure performance and safety. In addition, you also benefit from a general inspection, which includes checking cables for abrasion and connectivity, a voltage test, a review of the handset functions and illumination, and a check of the settings, adjustments, and brakes to ensure the most precise results. Eligible replacement parts are also listed below.

Additional maintenance & loan devices
For peace of mind, we will always provide you with a quote ahead of any further maintenance that is outside the terms of your Maintenance Package. Loan equipment is also available on request. For more details, please contact your local Service Agent.
